  I ended up with a couple of hours of sleep - when I can't control the asthma with usual stuff I have a strong steroid to take - an act of desperation - makes me feel like I should be going running and jumping high buildings and eating the fridge out - sorts out the lungs though. Hey it could always be worse :) UM
