Great brick. Like the image. As a usual insomniac, i have become an unusual sleeper in the last days. I think it is to do with a more gentle pace - not having anything planned for 9 days when my kid was away - i am now going out every night doing stuff like seeing films with friends, having dinner, meeting folks for drinks; the prospect of a last-minute weekend away at the end of this week; exercising more; getting work done at a less frenetic pace. It is like i took my own stress down a level and yet nothing seems to suffer for it - quite the reverse. No doubt i will be joining the nite club soon however. Nice one SS. Rx

Good one, Squeazy! If it wasn't that my eyes don't focus terribly well because of the nystagmus (primarily as far as this is concerned) I would swear I saw it flicker.

I am not sure that having alcohol is such a good idea. Must find out more about it, I think. I mean, we know A LOT of alcohol might make you unconscious. You might pass out on the floor and wake up with your face in vomit - I presume you don't want to do that. I have a feeling a little, like a glass of wine, maybe two, is alright. If you want to use it like this, maybe get some more information form someone who knows a little more than me.

Oh, just thought. Much as I love cheese - I know it makes me dream more vividly. (as well as other 'complications' when I eat a lot of it). Usually I wouldn't mind that part - just because lately having those particularly horrible dreams I have determined to cut back on it again.

I'll be around, Squeazy, if only to offer any more ideas I might find or think of later.

Hope you sleep better now your gf is home.

I don't know how this has happened again. I was pretty good last week averaging 1:30 a.m. (I'm thinking Wednesday to Wednesday - when I see my Psychiatrist and I tell him or he asks and I tell him.) Yesterday it was nearly 4 a.m. and now, it's 2:30 a.m. I didn't think I would be up - thought I was sliding into being tooooo tired to care even about eating yesterday, but still 4 a.m.! Right now, I just don't know where the time has gone. How'd it get to be so late, without noticing or feeling the tiredness overwhelming me like I thought it was going to do again. If I hadn't promised myself to check my email for Wall messages I would have put my groceries away and gone to sleep. I feel sure of it. I feel I should've given the Club a shout earlier...now I am going to bed. Oh, bloody hell, I've got my medication first...
See you all 'round the Wall

Hey there. It is early for me - so this is like pre insomnia state! I hope the potatoes and the tomato helped. It really sucks when time just jumps out at you - like there are bad and good times to be awake. I have learned to love whenever i am awake - and not let the bad stuff in. how about you Benj? Rx

I do that too. I fact I think I will be quite soon. With all that is going on around the Wall, I'm just about rolling on the floor crying my eyes out - it is very exhausting.
I wanted to catch up with nippercat today too, (as well as flitterbug - her situation hurts so much). I just don't think I can do much more right now.
