Your brick story

I love my work but I am so cranky about losing a whole day because some one decided that they knew how a process which has required significant buy in could be improved - but didn't work with in the parameters of the project - didn't check with the authorising group - didn't understand the role of the project - and worse stuffed up the entire file.

I am not currently a fan of a certain workmate who should know better by know. We don't win if we don't work together.

sometimes people overreach their capabilities and everyone suffers. Hopefully a whole lot of learning happens and communication improves . Cate xx

yes it is slowly slowly to get a change - not much learning took place but at least we now have a protocol in place - but I would prefer the learning.
