Your brick story

one of my friends thinks that just because i want to go back to school to become a massage therapist ill be wasting my photography. they dont realize that i need a muse or a good mood to do my best work, or i dont feel inspired.

Listen to yourself - not to your friend. Is this one of your photographs? If you give massage as well as you photograph you are going to be a great therapist. Go for it. Nothing is ever wasted.

do what makes you happiest. EAsy for me to say, I know, but it's something we should all aspire to, doing what makes us happiest, not our friends.

I'm with you. My best pics are from when I am in the mood, although one of my best ever was lucky shot when I was prepared to shoot. when the mood hits, I'll take trips to various places, just looking for the shot I want. It works well sometimes!
