Tina Trenkler, Interim CEO
Tina started her career as a nuclear engineer before shifting into consumer products. She has been a founder of two companies and held executive-level positions for multiple businesses from early stage startups to multi-million dollar global businesses. Tina is passionate about building engaging products, great companies and loves being able to work in an organization that is making a difference.
Dr. Henry Chung, Strategic Medical Advisor
Dr Chung is currently Associate Professor of Psychiatry at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine and Chief Medical Officer of Montefiore Care Management Organization where he is helping to lead accountable care initiatives. He has a track record of leadership and achievement in medical and strategic management in both primary care and behavioral health settings. His portfolio of medical and executive management has led to national recognition for his work in the integration of behavioral health and primary care. He has published articles on community based care, with a special interest on decreasing care gaps, particularly for racial and ethnic minorities. In 2006, Dr. Chung founded the award-winning National College Depression Partnership. He is also the 2012 recipient of the Lewis and Jack Rudin Prize for Medicine and Health awarded by the New York Academy of Medicine and the Greater New York Hospital Foundation. In 2014, Dr. Chung was appointed to the National Advisory Council of the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.
Dr. Richard Graham, UK Clinical Director
Richard oversees clinical standards at BWW. He is a consultant psychiatrist and Clinical Director of the Adolescent Directorate at The Tavistock and Portman NHS Foundation Trust.
Dr. Beth Pausic, Global Director of Support Network Clinical Service
Beth Pausic, Psy.D, is a licensed clinical psychologist. She serves as the Global Director of Clinical Services at Big White Wall. In this role she provides clinical and administrative oversight and support for the Wall Guide Team. Prior to joining Big White Wall, Beth worked at a large behavioural health care agency where she focused on evidence-based clinical decision-making to implement best practice approaches to treatment.
Dr Peter Ilves, MBBS MRCGP, Primary Care Commissioning Consultant
Peter Ilves is the primary care specialist, NHS commissioning consultant and Caldicott Guardian for Big White Wall. He joined Big White Wall in 2009 and has been involved in many aspects of the development and implementation of the online mental health service and community. Peter has been a GP principal in Wandsworth for 16 years and a sole trader for 7 years of that in a deprived community. He has moved on to pursue his career with Big White Wall and Connecting With People.
Al Holmes, Chief Technology Officer
Steph Evans, Operations Director
Steph was a general manager at Bupa Psychological Services prior to joining Big White Wall, and before that she was head of Lifeworks at Ceridan, an HR outsourcing company.
James de Bathe, Commercial Director
James de Bathe is Commercial Director at Big White Wall and responsible for leading growth and development. He has 15 years experience in private, voluntary and public sector roles in leadership, IT, sales, marketing and development. James has set up and run a number of businesses and was responsible for a UK wide enterprise development programme in social care. He combines a system wide view of health and social care with expertise in technology gained from an early career with IBM.
Raf Goovaerts, Partner, LGT Venture Philanthropy, IVUK, Board Member
Raf joined LGT Venture Philanthropy as a Partner in January 2013 to lead the Impact Ventures UK fund. Raf has over 13 years experience in growth capital and private equity investments in Europe. In 2010, Raf took a one-year sabbatical during which he worked with The Private Equity Foundation (venture philanthropy) and Special Yoga Centre (charity) on strategic issues. Raf then joined the newly-launched Business Growth Fund (BGF) in March 2011, a £2.5bn growth capital fund set up by the five large UK banks.
Arick Rynearson, Vice President, Alternative Investments at Parsons & Whittemore, managing early stage investments, Board Member
Arick's focus is on impact investing, including companies using innovative technologies in healthcare, education and the energy/environmental sectors. He has a diverse background in technology, finance, operations and management, and foundational knowledge of the tech industry earned via a number of software development and startup tech companies. After completing graduate work in sustainable business development, Arick transitioned into the alternative energy sector, and now builds a tech-focused investment portfolio of early-stage companies for Parsons & Whittemore.
Jennifer Webb, Investment Manager, LGT Venture Philanthropy
Jennifer Webb is an Investment Manager with LGT Venture Philanthropy and monitors the progress of Big White Wall on behalf of the Impact Ventures UK fund. She has over five years of professional consulting experience, the majority of which has been spent with Deloitte Strategy (now Monitor Deloitte) in London, where she specialized in growth strategy, due diligence and market opportunity analysis across multiple sectors. Jennifer holds an MA in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from the University of Oxford.
