The theme for this years’ Time to Talk Day focuses on picking the right ingredients to keep your mental health on track. Whilst Time to Change want to create the best environment to start conversations about our mental health, we’ve looked further at how we can create the best recipe to support positive mental health. Like everyday cooking equations, ingredients can be adapted to suit everyone’s needs and tastes.
The same can be said for your mental health equation.
